The Sales Development Representative Role at Hook

Compensation
- Correct persona - Director-level or above. If you get a C-Suite on the call, you earn 2x commission
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) - The company aligns with our ICP criteria
- Solvable pain point - The lead has a challenge we can address (Churn, Upsell, Efficiency, Forecast)
- Next steps confirmed - A demonstration is booked
- 15K On-target Earnings - Earn £1,250/month in addition to your base salary for achieving 6x SALs
- 1% commission on any closed-won deals
- C-suite bonus - 2x commission for C-suite leads
- Overperformance bonus – 2x commission for anything above target.

What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Continuously improve key sales metrics, such as response rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.
- Having in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs and communicating those needs to the rest of the team- you will be responsible for helping us stay customer-first.
- Represent Hook at industry events and conferences
- Sales training and development courses to develop you as a sales expert
- Keeping up to date on sales and customer success trends to increase your credibility in the industry e.g. subscribing to blogs/podcasts, reading books, researching case studies.
